Returns & Exchanges
All returns received during the week are processed on a Friday.
Exchanges are dispatched the following Monday, except on bank holidays and public holidays.
Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receiving your order.
Returns received outside the 28-day returns window will only be eligible for store credit, provided they meet the return conditions below. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- You are responsible for the return postage cost for both refunds and exchanges. International return costs may be higher. We do not offer free returns or reimburse postage costs, except where required by law.
- Please complete and include the returns form supplied with your parcel, found on the reverse of your invoice. If you have misplaced it, email hi@starkersgroup.com for a replacement.
- Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all swing tags attached.
- Where briefs and bodysuits have hygiene stickers, these must remain intact and in place.
- Items returned soiled, without swing tags or with hygiene stickers missing or removed may be refused a refund or store credit and returned to you.
- Brand X bodystockings and toys are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once their hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, unless faulty. Please email hi@starkersgroup.com if you have any questions.

Exchange Terms
Items must be received within 28 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges are processed once we receive your original items. Please clearly state the size you would like on your returns form.
Exchanges are normally dispatched on the Monday following Friday’s returns processing, excluding bank holidays and public holidays, and within five working days of processing. If your requested size is unavailable, we will refund the returned items to your original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights relating to faulty items.
