Returns & Exchanges
- All Returns from the week are processed on a Friday, and exchanges will be dispatched on the following Monday (except on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.

For both exchanges & refunds, you will need to pay the return postage cost back to our warehouse (International Returns may cost more) We are not able to offer Free Returns or refund any postage costs.

Please complete the returns card you received with your order (this is on the reverse of your invoice) to help us correctly process your items. If you have misplaced the returns card - please email us for a replacement at hi@starkersgroup.com.

Online refunds will be made to the same source in which we received your order IE Paypal / Apple pay / Google pay as per the original transaction - we are unable to refund to any other source.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the swing tags attached. We will then process this as a refund. If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, we will not issue a refund and we will return the products to you.

Where Briefs and Bodies have hygiene stickers, this must be intact, and in place when the garment is returned.

Exchange Terms
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the date you received your order.
An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, please clearly indicate which size you would like to exchange to. We will then send your new garment to you within 5 working days, if we do not have the size you have requested in stock, we will automatically refund you for the returned items.

Can we just talk about the skirt for a moment? We all have hang up’s on our bodies we don’t like much, and the belly area is mine, call in Eliza! The skirt offers that smooth, hourglass shaped coverage, and makes this set a brilliant worn to be seen option! I wore with leather jeans & a blazer & it looked insane 👏🏼

If you want a bodysuit that gives you an amazing hourglass shape consider this one! The thick band pulls you in round the waist and the skirt effect on the bottom beautifully accentuates the hips. The lace is buttery soft and stretchy on the skin and such a beautiful shade of blue. I turn to this over and over.

The Eliza bodysuit is just stunning. I'm 5ft 11 and a size 18 so chose 2xl. Fits perfectly. The lace detailing on the waist gives you a lovely shape and I felt beautiful in it. The colour is very striking.

Super impressed with this design, its really unique and not like anything i've seen or worn before and it made me feel so gorgeous. The elastic waist really accentuates all your curves and the way the lace sits on your hips is beautiful. Lovely colour and great quality as always too.

Where do I start? The colour of this bodysuit is incredible . I don't normally like blue but Eliza has totally converted me. It's a vibrant , warm blue and not cold . The fit and shape of this is so flattering and the longer skirt like detail makes your curves pop. The lace is gorgeous and stretchy and considering it's wireless it gives great support. The little heart strap adjusters are cute too. I just can't fault it ! I felt amazing and sexy wearing this . My favourite Tutti piece to date.
