Returns & Exchanges
- All Returns from the week are processed on a Friday, and exchanges will be dispatched on the following Monday (except on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.

For both exchanges & refunds, you will need to pay the return postage cost back to our warehouse (International Returns may cost more) We are not able to offer Free Returns or refund any postage costs.

Please complete the returns card you received with your order (this is on the reverse of your invoice) to help us correctly process your items. If you have misplaced the returns card - please email us for a replacement at hi@starkersgroup.com.

Online refunds will be made to the same source in which we received your order IE Paypal / Apple pay / Google pay as per the original transaction - we are unable to refund to any other source.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the swing tags attached. We will then process this as a refund. If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, we will not issue a refund and we will return the products to you.

Where Briefs and Bodies have hygiene stickers, this must be intact, and in place when the garment is returned.

Exchange Terms
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the date you received your order.
An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, please clearly indicate which size you would like to exchange to. We will then send your new garment to you within 5 working days, if we do not have the size you have requested in stock, we will automatically refund you for the returned items.

These are pretty knickers, I did initially get confused whilst putting them on as I couldn’t work out which way they went but the loose strap part goes to the back. Once on they were comfortable. I’d hope getting these off wouldn’t be an issue ‘in the moment’

I bought the bralette and matching briefs and was pleasantly surprised by how much of a good fit they were - i'm usually a size 24, but opted for the size 26 and to be fair, they're the perfect fit.
They make my bum look amazing.
I often opt to use them as lounge wear, because they're sexy aswel as being super comfortable; it pleases my partner, whilst at the same time, being comfy enough for me to chill in.
They're also really good value for money.

These briefs are just beautiful. There is no overhang which I always worry about with my stomach and the cross cross detailing on the front and back makes them very sexy. No VPL in them..as I discovered when doing squats in the gym and checking myself in the mirror!

These are honestly just so beautiful. The high waisted cut is so flattering, the nice thick and sturdy waist band tucks you in at the waist for such a flattering look, yet it’s not overly tight or uncomfortable. The details are adorable and the colour is perfection, so vibrant.
