Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are dispatched the following Monday, except on bank holidays and public holidays.
Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receiving your order.
Returns received outside the 28-day returns window will only be eligible for store credit, provided they meet the return conditions below. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- You are responsible for the return postage cost for both refunds and exchanges. International return costs may be higher. We do not offer free returns or reimburse postage costs, except where required by law.
- Please complete and include the returns form supplied with your parcel, found on the reverse of your invoice. If you have misplaced it, email hi@starkersgroup.com for a replacement.
- Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all swing tags attached.
- Where briefs and bodysuits have hygiene stickers, these must remain intact and in place.
- Items returned soiled, without swing tags or with hygiene stickers missing or removed may be refused a refund or store credit and returned to you.
- Brand X bodystockings and toys are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once their hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, unless faulty. Please email hi@starkersgroup.com if you have any questions.

Exchange Terms
Items must be received within 28 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges are processed once we receive your original items. Please clearly state the size you would like on your returns form.
Exchanges are normally dispatched on the Monday following Friday’s returns processing, excluding bank holidays and public holidays, and within five working days of processing. If your requested size is unavailable, we will refund the returned items to your original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights relating to faulty items.

I love this bralette, sadly the band keeps rolling however it truly is a gorgeous bralette and the lace on it is so soft, i have a hard time finding softer laces because my skin is so sensitive and this is perfect !

This bralette is so amazing. I love colourful lingerie and this is so nice.
I practice QiGong and that requires to touch and sometimes massage the spot between the 2 boobs in the middle of the chest. This bra is open there (while most sport bras are tube like and I don't have access to the heart centre there.
At the same time I can do all the movement, feeling natural and with ease, while the bralette is beautiful. I have the range of motion and freedom I have always wanted.
